HFS is a modern Insurance company which, through an excellent combination of knowledge and IT systems, is in a position to develop and trade a variety of different (simple risk) insurance products. Among other things, this means that HFS has all the necessary know-how, licenses and registrations required to act as an insurer. Not just part of a product, but the total package.
Support to retailers
A retailer taking his first steps into the field of product insurance needs support, and this also holds true for the in-store employees. HFS offers this support through training and education (if required on-the-job), an in-house service desk which is professionally staffed, IT support, business intelligence, reports, consultancy on marketing material and/or campaigns, and even advice on incentive schemes for store employees. All of this demonstrates to a partner that he is being fully and professionally supported in all aspects of his business.
Customer service
HFS has its own service center, which is available to its partners clients, who can contact the center with any questions, and to provide notification of claims. The retailer does not have to spend any valuable time on claim settlements, but can concentrate his efforts fully on providing service to customers in claim situations. As the staff in our service center have already visited the HFS partners, they know who they are, and this makes the co-operation towards the client complete.
Front and back office support
The complete process of drawing up a policy, premium collection, claim settlement, and also carrying out administrative amendments and changes for clients, is part of the HFS service. Partners can leave this complete process in the hands of the HFS specialists, also secure in the knowledge that HFS fully understands how crucial the need for effective information provision to the partners is. Business intelligence is inextricably linked with front and back office support, and the adage “knowledge is power” also holds true here.
