Intercity opts for Harmony Financials Services

Intercity from Hoofddorp, active in mobile and telecom solutions aimed at the SME-market, will start to sell the Harmonyservice package for mobile phones this summer. Crucial to Intercity's choice of Harmony was that they were the only one who turned out to be capable of fulfilling the specific requirements regarding organisation of the operational processes. For example, Intercity wanted the Harmony Customer Care department, Harmony Intercity, to deal with customer calls and Intercity themselves wanted to collect the premium for the service contract with their customers, via a single invoice.
