Sales of complete range of electronic insurance via online retailer

Coolblue wanted to provide an extra service and improve the margins on its sales. In collaboration with Harmony a broad palette of electronics insurance was composed. An important condition for Coolblue was that all data with regard to the contracted insurance and the claims would be electronically interchangeable. To this end, in a short space of time, the CRM systems of Coolblue and Harmony were linked.
