Implementation of notebook service product with 48 hour guarantee

The collaboration with Harmony Financial Services was arrived at under the responsibility of Jan Hendrikx, Business Services Development Manager at Staples Office Centre.
“At the beginning of 2011, following a pilot phase, we rolled out into all our stores the service product we developed together with Harmony Financial Services. We sell the service product under our own name, TechCare, and for us it was an important commercial precondition for us to be able to do this under our own label. We are continuously looking for service, which exceeds the expectations of our customers and Harmony was the only company able to guarantee a 48 hour loan service in the TechCare product for notebooks. In the event of damage to his notebook, the customer, if he so wishes, receives within 48 hours a notebook on loan delivered to his house. The product to be repaired is picked up at the same time and, after being repaired, is delivered back to the customer in exchange for the notebook on loan. In our opinion, this is the way to exceed the expectations of our customers.”
