The benefits of the co-operation between Dixons & HFS

“The co-operation with HFS dates from 2006 and is very special for us”, according to Eddy Assies, Dixons Director. “We already had the necessary experience with selling insurances, which were linked to our products. We then decided to no longer continue doing that with our then partner, and to enter into collaboration with HFS, a move which had a significant impact. First and foremost, an organization (or rather, the staff in the organization) has to get used to a new product and new terms and conditions. Letting go of ‘the old’, and getting used to ‘the new’, however, is an even tougher challenge, with which HFS helped us tremendously. Through the commitment of the account managers involved, and by offering education and training, HFS ensured  that ‘the old’ was quickly exchanged for a new collaboration, which has ever since delivered significant added value for both parties.

The collaboration is currently also crucial to us, as, of course, finding the right answer to the ever increasing level of internet sales keeps us occupied. Thanks to its far-reaching ICT knowledge, however, HFS knows how to exploit this important distribution channel advantageously, and in summary we can say that, every hour of every day, the collaboration with HFS provides benefits to us.”
